Step 1: Make a 5x5 Pixel transparent backround,
Step 2: Change size from 100% to 3200%
Step 3: Chose the Brush tool and change it to the pencil tool.
Step 4: Change color to black. (primary color)
Step 5: Make a diagonal pattern from bottom left corner to top right corner,
Step 6: Click Edit, Then Define Pattern, than name it what you want.
Step 7: Any Graphics made, You can go under fill, or pattern overlay under the layer options.
