I personally think Kokomi is one of the must pull characters in Genshin Impact, not because of her damage numbers, but because of her functionality!
Not only she can heal, apply AOE hydro constantly, and deal damage, but she can also buff your other character with the legendary Thrilling Tales of the Dragon Slayer book (when are we going to get the 5 star version of this book?)
