Furikake Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise https://amzn.to/3DAo46t
2 tablespoons shoyu https://amzn.to/3VFNBSN
1 pound salmon filet
¼ teaspoon pepper https://amzn.to/3E3SRaZ
¼ teaspoon salt https://amzn.to/3SJpZKm
2 tablespoons Maika’i Organic Nori Furikake
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
2. To a small bowl, add mayonnaise and shoyu. Mix until well combined.
3. Pat salmon dry. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread mayonnaise mixture over the top of the salmon creating an even layer.
5. Sprinkle furikake over the top of the mayonnaise mixture.
6. Place in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until desired doneness. ENJOY!
