After some digging in Steam posts for Mist Survival we found some post replies from the developer telling us he is pushing back the release date for patch 0.5.0 to September 25. The code refactoring and game changes are taking longer than expected, according to Dimension 32 Entertainment, so the patch update has been postponed a few months.

Currently in alpha testing, MIST SURVIVAL is a Single-player, survival stealth sandbox game. Players will experience an apocalypse simulation the form of a virus pandemic. Players have to survive through difficulties such as finding shelter and food, fending off threats from bandits, the infected and wild animals.
