These packages are meant to UPDATE YOUR EXISTING Realtek sound drivers with newer codecs and audio software components. If you need a full driver, grab it from your board makers website. These are not for the newer ALC4080 devices but should work fine for users of ALC1220 and under.
Extract the ZIP, run the update.cmd file as an administrator and you're done. Shouldn't overwrite any NEWER driver, only older versions.
