Who are the Top 15 DPS Characters in Honkai: Star Rail? I'm sure everyone's got their own opinions on who's the best & today we're taking a look at GameRant's thoughts on the topic.
Although I don't agree with all the placements on the list, hard to think that every list would please every person, I don't think it's that crazy. However, I do have an issue with some of the logic used in the placements.
