Minecraft Theatrical Mod, ETC EOS Nomad
I've been playing around with this mod for the last few days and it has to be the coolest Minecraft mod I've ever used! As most of my channel subscribers know I have a background in theater tech with a main focus on lighting and sound. This mod's main party trick is that you can control the lights in game with ArtNet. Pretty much all lighting control softwares can output ArtNet so my choice for lighting control software is ETC EOS Nomad because it has the exact same interface as the ETC EOS consoles I've used in the past. The EOS consoles I've used in the past are the Element, The Ion, and the Ion Xe. The mod gives you 2 fixtures to play with, Moving head LEDs and Conventional fixed position Fresnel lights. The moving heads are a custom channel layout using 7 DMX channels 1 is Intensity, 2 is Red, 3 is Green, 4 is Blue, 5 is Iris/focus, 6, is Pan, and 7 is Tilt. To use the mod you will also need the Powah mod which is used to power the fixtures and equipment in game. You will also need the lollipop mod which helps drive the Powah Mod. This mod is very difficult to use if you know nothing about DMX or lighting control software, so if you want to try it out I suggest you do research on those 2 topics before you try using the mod. I'll be coming out with a video on how to setup the mod and ETC EOS Nomad.
