This is how I draw a pig!
This is my voice, This is my song.
This is me in this video making a pig creatively and artistically using my song.
This concept of drawing a pig and singing this song is something that was created by me.
This concept is what started a tiktok trend a few years ago using a sampled audio of my voice.
I own all copyrights to my voice, lyrics and the artistic drawing style of drawing a pig that goes with it.

Of course, it should go without saying that I am Justin Wood Circus, this is my voice and this is my song.
But tiktok has been using my song for over 2 years and has not paid for its use. Nor has it acknowledged that I am the one who created/sang/drew this.
Tiktok has profited immensely from this trend and has ignored me and all my efforts to contact them completely.
They have allowed for dozens of accounts to continue the trend using my audio as an original base audio, with titles that claim the song and concept to be “original audios” owned by those accounts, allowing them to profit financially and acquire a following based on the followers mislead to think they are the original creator.
Ironically enough, despite dozens of unanswered reports to tiktok, almost a year later, Tiktok itself became one of those thieves and added an audio clip of my voice singing my song under their “funny sounds” section of their official audios to facilitate the trend on their behalf.
To this day everything still stands as is.
Any emails/reports/physical letters sent to their office and all efforts to contact tiktok & IG about this issue has gone ignored and unanswered.
Since they have no phone number or person to talk to, it seems obvious they’re safe to ghost me behind an impenetrable soundproof wall of sorts.
I’ve contacted in attempt to hire lawyers to help me in this (what seems to be an obvious case), but none seem to want to go up against these giants, and the few that would consider my case say they need (want) me to pay them money I can’t afford, up front, before they’ll even consider taking my case.
I’d been using YouTube recently to document my videos and the millions of videos of amazing people on Tiktok who used my song for a trend.
Unfortunately no one seems to know (or care) that this trend is using my music that Tiktok stole.
But as things started to take off here a few months ago, YouTube itself has decided to deny my “creator account” and won’t allow me to monetize my videos because they think I’m impersonating myself and stealing peoples videos haha face palm
This is frustrating because with these numbers, I could easily be making enough from ads to pay for a lawyer to help fight Tiktok for stealing and misrepresented and failing to respond to the situation.
Hopefully someone from YouTube reads this and allows me to return to the creator program because as I said, I am Justin Wood Circus. He is me.
But of course, in all reality it would be foolish of me to assume, so I’ll have to make a video of myself sitting and reading these exact words here aloud to a camera.
If you are reading (or listening) to this, maybe you might be able to help, know a guy who knows a guy, or can figure out a way to prove this silly pickle in one way or another.
Until then, I’m using the zen of drawing a pig to keep myself balanced until I can find the emotional strength to get up and continue trying to fight for what is mine without resenting these platforms for making me have to fight them.
