[Terminix on Arch Linux] Notifications, Badges, Triggers - Nobody Does It Better :p
So, you need the vte-terminix-git package from AUR, which is a patched VTE, and hopefully those patches will merge upstream

This package will replace the original vte3 package, but it should work with all Terminal Emulators that use VTE3
That will give you 3 things
1. Notifications for long run tasks
2. Badges support per profile
3. And the Triggers
The gnome.org site I open it, by setting a "Custom Link" ..another amazing Terminix option, similar to Triggers!
Oh btw, something I didn't know! On badges we can use variables, so for example if we add ${title}, ii will display the title!
Terminix version is 1.3.5b (from master today) and GNOME 3.22 as it is on Arch Linux today!
