Another installment in the Cavalcade series on classic cookbooks, today we take a look at various editions of the Good Housekeeping Cook Book. This cookbook arose from the popular Good Housekeeping magazine with recipes tested at the Good Housekeeping Institute, assuring cooks that the recipes would work. The magazine and an edition of the cookbook continue to be produced today, and has served multiple generations of home cooks.
