Flo is a menstrual cycle and ovulation tracking app that can generate health reports you can share with your doctor. These reports summarize your logged data—such as cycle dates, symptoms, moods, and other tracked information—so healthcare providers can better understand your reproductive health patterns. Flo offers two main ways to share your data: through its built-in “Report for a Doctor” feature or by requesting a data export from customer support.
To use the “Report for a Doctor” option, open the Flo app on your device and tap the profile icon in the top left corner to access the menu. Scroll down and select “Report for a Doctor.” This feature is part of Flo’s premium plan, so you will need an active subscription to unlock it. Once enabled, you can generate a professional report summarizing your recent health data. After the report is prepared, you can share it directly via email, messaging apps, or as a downloadable file for your doctor to review.
If you don’t have a premium subscription, you can still share your data by requesting an export from Flo support. To do this, open the profile menu, scroll to “Help,” and then choose “Contact Us.” Select “I need help with something else” and provide your registered email address. In your message, request to “Export my health data,” including your username if possible. Flo’s support team typically responds within 48 hours, providing instructions or a file with your health records, which you can then share with your doctor securely.
Whichever method you choose, ensure that the data is shared through a secure and private channel, as it contains sensitive health information.
