how to register in income tax e-filing new portal?
hi friends, in this video we are going to discuss about how to register in income tax e filing new portal. If you are the first time user of income tax e-filing website then you need to register first. If you ask how to create account in income tax portal or how to register income tax for the first time. Then you can follow this video.
If anybody ask how to register in income tax website or how to get password for income tax return, then tell them to watch this video because of we are discussing the step by step process of how to register income tax e-filing in Hindi. You can watch this video to know how to register income tax e filing or follow the following steps.
1. Go to www.incometax.gov.in and open the home page of the website.
2. You will find an option 'login' on the top bar of the page. Click on this option.
3. After clicking on the option 'login' you are redirected to a new page here you are asked to enter your PAN number and then you need to enter your PAN number and click on the 'validate' button. Enter the PAN number and click on this option.
4. After clicked on the the 'validate' button it may takes some times. A massage will displayed it says that PAN validated successfully. Under the massage you will also see another option it asked that 'please confirm if you want to register as individual tax payer. If you are an individual tax payer then select yes otherwise select No. And finally click on 'continue'.
5. A new page will open. Here you have to enter your name, date of birth, gender and residential status. Enter all the details carefully. Finally click on continue.
6. In this page you have to enter your contact details. You have to enter your mobile number, email address and need to select the mobile number and email id belongs to option as self, spouse, son, daughter, relatives, friends etc.
After selecting all this details you have to enter your postal address village, PIN, PO, state etc. Enter the details here and click on 'continue'.
7. Now you will receive OTP on the mobile number and email id which you have entered on the above step. Enter OTP received on both mobile number and email Id here and click on 'continue'. Keep in mind that the OTP will valid for 15 minutes only.
8. In this page you will be showed all the details you have entered on the previous steps. Verify all the details once and edit it if required. Finally click on 'confirm'.
9. You will be redirected to the password generated page. Here you need to create a password. Keep in mind that the password should be contained at least one capital letter, one small letter, one special character and one number. Enter the same password on the confirm password box.
You also have to set a personalized massage. The personalized massage should not be contained your name, PAN number, mobile number etc. For example 'I love my father'.
Finally click on 'register'.
Now an massage will be displayed. "Registered Successfully". Now your registration is done. You can login to income tax e-filing website thereafter.
