JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: I have utilized the steam function to help clean, then used bar keepers friend inside to remove some of the baked on splatter.
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: and used the recommended descaler even though i know that error does not have anything to do with the descaler

RobertReese: Customer Service: I see you have a E87 fault on your Wolf Oven.
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: Hello
RobertReese: Customer Service: Hello, Wolf has four known issues associated with that fault.
RobertReese: Customer Service: Exhaust slide valve stuck with grease deposits Motor or slide valve jammed (mechanical defect) Short circuit in slide motor or in its wiring Slider blocked
RobertReese: Customer Service: The first means of resolution is to remove power for at least two minutes to allow the onboard controller to reset.
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: Sometimes turning it on it made odd noises, though since doing a cleaning inside with bar keepers friend it no longer makes that sound
RobertReese: Customer Service: Can you access the plug?
RobertReese: Customer Service: If not, power it down from the circuit breaker panel.
RobertReese: Customer Service: Can you access the electrical panel or the plug to the oven?
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: Yip flipped the breaker already.
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: Waiting 2 mins
RobertReese: Customer Service: Okay great.
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: Its back on
RobertReese: Customer Service: The valves should reset to their normal position at this time.
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: Should I run it to try to trigger the error again?
RobertReese: Customer Service: Yes, please.
RobertReese: Customer Service: If the fault re-appears, then the situation is going to get technical and require some tools including a digital multimeter or a service technician to repair the internal component.
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: I'm not able to trigger the error currently.
JustAnswer Customer from San Antonio, TX: But today the error occured for the 1st time in a week
RobertReese: Customer Service: Okay, you have done what is considered a "reset".
RobertReese: Customer Service: This usually resolves the specific issue that Wolf has said should work.
