Believe it or not stress affects your body and mind tremendously. The biggest thing stress affects is your immune system. When completely stressed out your body redirects whatever available energy from your immune system to wherever it maybe needed. When this occurs your immunity is lowered and you become more susceptible to sickness, whether it be disease and/or viruses. This is why when you are extremely stressed out it is best to unwind and find the root to your stress. So continue being healthy and find ways to unwinding.
