Just submitted a 7:31 run yesterday. I said a sub 7:30 would be possible for sure. Only one day later, I managed to improve my time again.
I think sub 7:25 might be possible with optimal clicking, fights and routes, but I don't think sub 7:20 is possible in the current state of the game. (run speed in bear form, loading screen)
