Tire valve stem leaking air around base 2012 Chevy Equinox

This video shows you what it's like to see this car with a pretty major air leak around the tire's valve stem, in the area where it meets up with the rim hole, and it is leaking air at this spot. We found this leak by spraying around the tire and rim areas with plain old blue Windex window cleaning spray. At first it was filled with lots of foamy bubbles, which grew much bigger over a few seconds (as the air continued to leak a lot more). But it was after we let the tire and foamy spray sit for a period of time, and then when much of the water evaporated and the Windex went away, that we finally started to see the more minor bubbles occur, which totally gave away the leaking tire, and that's what you can see in this really great video! so in order to fix this car you'd have to first jack up the car and take off the lug nuts, then you can remove the tire and wheel assembly from the drive hub. Then you'd have to dismount the tire from the rim and remove the tire so you can get access to the valve stem rubber areas on the inside. Then you'd want to carefully remove the stem and then clean the rim areas very well with a brush and soapy water. When you reinstall the valve stem, make sure to use a brand new part that you can get from your local auto parts store like oreilly's o'reilly or autozone or advance auto parts or carquest or pep boys or even maybe online from eBay amazon or Walmart websites. Pretty awesome! Then you'd want to make sure the tire doesn't leak, so be positive the rim is clean and free of debris, clean off the rim sealing area which is called the bead, and clean the tire bead too. Then use tire lubricant to install the valve core and remount the tire onto the rim and balance the wheel assembly too. You can also check the air pressure in the tire and make sure there's the right amount of pressure. But see what the door sticker says and make sure to put in that exact amount as per the OEM original car manufacturer's specifications. Great!
