how to make torch in minecraft pc 1.8.1 2014
since the old description looked kinda cringy I decided to change it lmao (18th Feb 2021)

1.In simplified version,u need to chop any wood from any tree
2.Cut down as many as u can
3.Make a wooden planks/birch planks or any other plank that can make stick and crafting table
4.From the plank make a stick
5.Then make a plank again using that wood(look number 1)
6.From the plank,make a crafting table
7.make a plank again(look number 1)
8.choose wooden pickaxe(make sure u have many wood)
9.make a furnace(see number 10)
10. From the wooden pickaxe chop 8 cobblestone to make a furnace
11.go back to crafting table select furnace(make sure not to select wrong coz it have the same icon as stone cutter)
12.open the furnace(make sure u still have sticks and the planks)
13.select 1 planks to it on upper and down
14.wait.
15.tap at the charcoal(now u just need the sticks and charcoal)
16.open your crafting table and you will see new torch
17.that's it
