Marble cake
Dough:
Eggs - 5pcs
Sugar - 200g
Sour cream 30% - 200g
Soda - 2g
Butter - 100g
Flour - 245g
Baking powder - 3g
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Flour - 2 tbsp
Mix eggs with sugar until it looks like a white foam. Add soda to sour cream, mix and add to the egg mixture. Then add soft butter and mix everything with a mixer. Sift flour with baking powder into the resulting mixture in parts and mix thoroughly. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to one part, and 2 tablespoons of flour to the other. Stir it so that there are no lumps. For convenience, put the dough to pastry bags. Alternately squeeze the dough into a mold (mine is 26 х 11см) as shown in the video.
Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
