Gathered Bell Sleeve | DIY Refashion Project. This is a great thrifted transformation project for beginners as a introduction to refashioning an old shirt. The shaping of the bell sleeve is created by cutting the lower part of the sleeve then gathering it and re-attach it to the shirt to make a short bell shaping to the sleeve.
