As landscape architects & urban designers, Wilson Design Studio Landscape Architecture sees outdoor space as more than simply supporting access or as beautification. We strive to deliver to our clients and communities what we most want for ourselves; connection.
We believe in the ability for landscape to positively affect experience where we LIVE, WORK, PLAY, GATHER & LEARN. We acknowledge that supporting access and designing beautiful spaces in a must, but know this is an over-simplified approach to outdoor space that limits the power of design. Outdoor spaces, regardless of their size, set the foundation for real connection to our natural environment and to our communities. We think of the ’spaces in between’ as the glue that connects our life experiences.
