War Thunder For Beginners - Tips and Tricks

I recently watched a video saying the skill gap in war thunder is so large, that new people can't even try to get better at the game. I did a college amount of studying for war thunder and none of it helped because I couldn't learn it in physicality. if war thunder goes to skill-based matchmaking it would encourage new people to the grind set.
