Sero[Tone]in - Malibu Hillside
This song leads the album into an ambience of panned guitars, shifting reverbs, and a solid bass to drive you through the sunset scene. A sense of acceptance, welcoming, and anticipation begin to overtake the listener. The guitar winds through the headphones, as the roads that line the hillsides of Malibu. The drums then explode in a reverb, almost as if looking over the hillsides to the sea, watching the sun dip into the Pacific. The drums come back in with a solid bass that holds you while the guitars swiftly dance around your ears, wailing out the calls from the hills. We are then led back down to the city.
