Adobe Illustrator for iPad — User Interface Overview
As promised in the video, I looked up the other icon that shows between the Lock and the Duplicate icon in the mini-menu when an object is selected and it's the Group/Ungroup function! So, you can use that when you have multiple objects selected and you want to group them together (or vice versa).
