Citrix: XenServer: Installing XenCenter
Thanks to XenServer 5.6 I was able to perform a successful XenServer installation without having to tinker around with finding a linux nic driver for nvidia -- XenServer 5.5 installation process required adding (and finding) linux nic drivers for my particular nvidia nic BEFORE it would install.
The reason for my pointing out the time was that I thought the installation would eventually load up the xencenter spalsh screen and I was going to time how long it was taking. Turns out (discovered via peeking at process explorer) that the xencenter installation didn't include starting the application and had finished a long time back. Glad I didn't wait way too long for it to start on its own! I started the application from the menu.
