Wyoming Bison Burger Recipe | Episode 120
I totally LOVE when it's time to put together another burger. This time around we are looking to Wyoming for inspiration, and came up with this awesome burger using Bison meat. This isn't a complex burger to make but oh man does this pack some serious flavor! If your looking for an awesome burger that is a little bit out side of your usual wheel house Wyoming Bison Burger for you!

Total Time: 35 Minutes
Makes: 4 Burgers
1 lbs. Ground Bison
1 Small Onion, Diced
2 Tbsp. Sage
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
4 Eggs (1 Per Burger)
8 Strips of Bacon (2 for each Burger)
