If your Shopify orders are piling up and you want a simple way to track them in Google Sheets, this tutorial walks through a clean automation setup. Instead of copying order details manually, you’ll connect Shopify Flow to a spreadsheet so new orders create new rows automatically. By the end, you’ll be able to build and turn on a workflow that sends Shopify order data into Google Sheets.

Covered inside

→ Opening Shopify Apps and launching Flow
→ Creating a new workflow from the Flow dashboard
→ Selecting Order created as the trigger
→ Adding the Google Sheets Add row to spreadsheet action
→ Entering the spreadsheet URL and exact tab name
→ Naming and turning on the Orders to Google Sheets workflow

When you set this up, what columns would you track first in your sheet: order number, customer email, total amount, payment status, fulfillment status, or order date? Drop your preferred sheet layout in the comments.
