☼ Does it require the internet?
► The internet is not needed for most of the functionalities. If the internet is available, remote maintenance can be enabled.
☼ Do we need to connect to any specific WiFi network to operate the system?
► The system does not require WiFi networking for its operation. All installation devices communicate with each other without the need of any network.
☼ Can we work with all the lifts?
► Yes. Sparsh systems can be retrofitted on with most of the installed elevator systems. Sparsh is designed for low-end elevator systems.
☼ Will people always need a cellphone with them?
► Smartphones are needed for QR code-based access to the system. Voice recognition and control system is built into the Sparsh system and hence voice control can be operated without users smartphones. Proximity-based control also does not need a smartphone for its operation.
