Top-notch entertainment to kick off the new year! The TV highlight "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!" returns in 2024 with a brand-new season. And there's something very special to celebrate: 20 years ago, the very first season aired. Since then, numerous celebrities, such as Costa Cordalis, Désirée Nick, and most recently Djamila Rowe, have secured the title of King or Queen of the Jungle. But who will manage to win over viewers this time?
Once again, twelve celebrities will venture into the Australian jungle and battle for the coveted title of King or Queen of the Jungle. But it won't be easy, as spectacular jungle trials with diverse challenges await them. And in the camp, they must manage their daily lives far removed from luxury, friends, and family. Who can withstand this strain and win over TV viewers in the 17 daily live broadcasts? The show, which won the German Television Award in 2023, is hosted by jungle expert Sonja Zietlow and the now-trained jungle specialist Jan Köppen. Dr. Bob is also back and will prepare the celebrities for the jungle trials.
