How to Flip Landscape Video for IGTV
Short tutorial on how to properly flip you widescreen/landscape video for IGTV.
Yes, I fumble through the words, but the process works. When working with 1920x1080 video-
1. Rotate 90°CW
2. Crop both the top and bottom (negative) -420.
3. Crop the left and right (positive) 420
This not only rotates your video, but also adjust the frame so that it matches the new orientation. Should work with any compressor/encoder. I go with MPEG because it's free.
