Structurally similar to a weapon, it fires rubber balls and requires no permits, as the manufacturer only allows for the firing of construction cartridges in conjunction with 10mm rubber ammunition, which cannot be classified as a traumatic weapon or a firearm. Accordingly, the product is available for sale to those aged 18+.
