How do men love? Alejandro Riaño opens up about heartbreak, insecurity, and his new life
Today I came to the Juanpis González Theater to sit down and talk with an old friend, a man we all think we know because of his characters, but who today opened the doors to his most sacred place and his very heart to me: Alejandro Riaño.
We talked about everything, the way we like to, without filters. Alejandro confessed that at 40, he's only just learning to say 'no' and to make up for the time fame stole from him with his children. I was deeply moved to remember with him that November 10th when he lost his father, a before and after that marked him forever. But we also laughed and philosophized about my great existential question: How do men love? He says he's a hopeless romantic, but that he's also dealt with insecurity and the 'red flags' we've all ignored at some point.
