Each story contains useful vocabulary and phrases. Take note of them, and use them in your speaking practice.
In the first part of the video you will hear the stories in slower English. We will also make longer pauses between phrases and sentences so you can understand them easier. Try to recognize the words you know. Most importantly, work on getting a general idea of the story. For best results, listen and repeat after the speaker.
In the second part of the video we will listen to the same stories at a faster pace. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t understand everything. Just keep listening!
