August 31st of 2021 marks the end of the moratorium on commercial and residential evictions. Unless another extension is given by the city, this means that mass-evictions will start. In this episode, I discuss some of the likely outcomes, safety concerns, as well as tips for both commercial and residential tenants and landlords that could help resolve some of the conflicts that will follow.
