In this video, we showcase a highly requested and advanced Smart Attendance System built using Google Apps Script, web technologies, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. This system offers a robust and automated way to track employee attendance with photo verification.

Secure Login (0:41): User-specific login with username and password authentication, managed via a Google Sheet backend.
Employee Dashboard (1:57): Simple interface for employees to Clock In & Clock Out. Displays user profile picture (if available), name, and employee ID.
Camera Integration & Photo Capture (2:25, 2:49, 5:29): Automatically activates the device camera upon login. Captures and stores photos upon both Clock In and Clock Out for verification.
Automated Data Logging (3:12, 5:40): All punch times (In & Out), total hours worked, and links to captured photos are automatically recorded in a dedicated Google Sheet ("Attendance" tab).
Google Drive Photo Storage (9:25): Captured photos are automatically uploaded to a specific folder in your Google Drive, named systematically with Employee ID and timestamp (distinguishing between Check-In and Check-Out).
Role-Based Access (Manager vs. Employee) (1:06, 4:12, 7:14): The system supports different user roles. Access to the Manager Dashboard is controlled via a setting in the "Employees" Google Sheet.
Manager Dashboard (4:16):
View Attendance Records: Managers can view attendance data for all employees.
Date Filtering: Filter records based on a selected Start Date and End Date.
Employee Filtering: Filter records for a specific Employee ID.
Data Summary: Shows total records, total hours, unique employees, and average hours for the selected period/filter.
Photo Verification: Managers can easily view both Check-In and Check-Out photos directly from the dashboard (6:25).
Export to CSV (8:40): Export the filtered attendance data into a CSV file for reporting or payroll purposes.
Backend Management (1:03): Easily manage employee credentials, details, profile pictures (via URL), and manager access directly within the Google Sheet.
