3 Simple Tips to maximize your Rocket Launcher DPS
With Rockets potentially being meta for DPS in Witch Queen, here are some tips to help you maximize your Rocket Launcher DPS. This video also serves as a precursor to my upcoming Rocket Launcher DPS testing videos.

How I got 11.1%:
The 2 main variables that determine reload speed for each weapon type are the reload speed stat, and a multiplier called the Reload Duration Scale (RDS). RDS is a multiplier directly applied to the duration of your reload animation. For example, if your RDS is 0.9 then the reload animation will take 90% as long.
The cap for the reload speed stat is 100, and the RDS cap depends on the weapon type. For Rocket Launchers, the RDS cap at 100 reload speed is 0.81. The buff from Lunafaction Boots gives +100 Reload Speed - which puts you at the cap for the Reload Speed Stat - and 0.9 RDS. A Rocket Launcher Loader mod grants 0.85 RDS. RDS stacks multiplicatively up to the cap, so the Rocket Launcher loader mod effectively brings you from 0.9 RDS to 0.81 RDS. At 100 Reload Speed, which you already get from Lunafaction, a reload with 0.81 duration is about 11.1% faster than a reload with 0.9 duration.
