What is Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is probably one of the simplest productivity method to implement. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. Each interval is known as a pomodoro.

How does the Pomodoro technique work?
There are 8 steps in the original technique:
1. Decide on the task to be done.
2. Start this pomodoro timer video.
3. Start working when hear the "gong".
4. Work on the task.
5. End work when you hear the “ring”. Take a short 5 minutes break.
6. Restart the video. Start working when hear the "gong", then go to step 3.
7. At the end of the forth pomodoro, take a longer 15 minutes break.
8. Review the list of upcoming tasks for the next planned Pomodoro time blocks. Go to step 1.
