Every programmer and software engineer has that one IDE they hold above all others. For example, other tech YouTubers like Ben Awad consistently favor vs code. Others like Joma Tech have enlightened the world with the use of Microsoft Word as an IDE for programming. I am simply here to correct my previous statements. Microsoft Paint is not the best IDE for programming, and the YouTube comments are not the best ide for programming either. Instead, Windows Movie Maker is the best IDE for programming.
Every software engineer knows that writing logical code is only half the job. The other half is being able to explain your code. Now think, what is better when it comes to explaining, looking through a typical text editor like visual studio code, or a sick programming movie montage? I hope this argument is good enough to convince the other software YouTubers, like Joma Tech and Ben Awad, about the ultimate benefits of using Windows Movie Maker as an IDE for programming.
From a technical perspective, the script uses opencv to extract a frame from a video file every second, and save the bytes into an array. Once all images have been encoded and appended, the Google Vision library/api is used to extract the text located in each frame. The extracted text is then appended to a python file.
