Green has so many powerful cards and strong ways to get up into your higher levels easily and efficiently that is making the color very strong. Both Chaosmons have very powerful removal effects and pair that up with the speed of green and it is no wonder why it has been doing so well in JP. They can start controlling the field very early on and put you very far ahead of your opponent on top of having a lot of different powerful options and tools that they could use in a variety of different ways. There are so many ways this deck could be made it is actually insane that all of them are just as viable as the others and can fit many player's individual card preferences and budgets.
Post restriction you play 1 Hidden potential and put in like 2 needle spray or 1 mimi and 1 more digimon. Then the Argomon can be put down to 1 and you can run any ultimate you feel like.
