FPS Tutorial Series #01 Getting Started - Unity 5
Let's get started with the FPS tutorial series in Unity 5. I'll be explaining and guiding you through as we setup the first person hands, along with a weapon. Later on will be take a look at how weapon mechanics work, selecting between raycasts, or projectiles. I don't have any plans to make UNET Multiplayer FPS tutorials yet.
It might end up being a long tutorial series, I'll try to keep things simple as we start and further take a look at how we can improve the game, visually as well as gameplay wise.
Also, I wanted to know if someone would be happy to provide decent FPS hands models, and if possible, some animations (idle, shoot, reload etc). Would really appreciate that, it would also prove useful for the ones following this tutorial.
