Terramaster F5-221 :
Intel Celeron J3355 2.0GHz dual-core CPU, and 10GB of RAM (upgraded)
The default TOS operating system is very unreliable and corrupts on NAS reboots and moreover it has serious security concerns, Hence thought of installing OMV on it .

TrueNAS / Open Media Vault:
Initially I wanted to install the TrueNAS and I did, but got an error after installation and will not boot as the system requirements are high, then switched to OMV

I used a Sandisk Cruzer Ultra Fit 32GB to install OMV, A very short USB drive is required, the new F5-221 motherboard has very little clearance

BIOS Settings:
Press DEL/ESC on startup
Go to Advanced ,CSM Configuration
Boot option filter -UEFI only
Storage -UEFI only
Video -UEFI only

After installation is done, if the terramaster is not booting into OMV, make sure to go to
BIOS -Advanced and CSM Support is enabled, also try to choose the Sandisk in boot override for one time and then it should be good .
