This quick video will help you fix "You currently have inputs that are unbound or conflict error" in GTA V. Even if you try to restore the key bindings, the error will not be fixed. This error occurs when you upgrade your game or downgrade it to a previous version. If the update.rpf file in the mods folder, is at a mismatch with the original one in the update folder, then the game cannot read the key bindings properly, and hence the error. For testing purposes, I will disable the mods folder, by renaming it to something else. And the game will work fine.
So the solution for this issue, is to delete the mods folder, and reinstall your mods. I'm installing a random car mod. You can see the mods folder is now created. The game will open without any issues, and the car mod will also work.
