Updating software is sometimes (most of the time these days) a scary thing. You never know if there will be incompatibilities that will grind your production to a halt and you'll end up losing hours troubleshooting.
WARNING: CocoaPods is not installed or is not configured properly.
This is a message I get sometimes after updating Xcode, so I decided to make a video this time to show you how I fix it.
