A month late for a tribute to the new episodes but better late than never, right? Anyway, I can't cheer enough on how much I loved this season. It's even better than season 2 (which was always my fave) and I just love how the show finally reached its full potencial in terms of story and characters and all the funny but so close-to-heart family drama. For real, this season was such a joy and it was great getting more insides about the celestial family. And seeing Chloe being a supportive girlfriend who isn't afraid to state her opinion to them is such a win.
Also, I want Zadkiel to have more screen time. He really appears to be quite an interesting character.
Also, I can't wait to see the confusion of others when Lucifer's twin Michael is bound to Earth now. This will have some consequences. xD
The song choice happened because of the musical episode. I actually would have wished for a bunch of more emotional songs. It's just that the songs the episode picked for the emotional purpose did not cause an emotional reaction from me (then again, I am not really THAT of an emotional person in some ways but I loved the episode nevertheless, please don't misunderstand me here!) and I wanted to make an edit with a song from Queen which I always prefered. The opportunity just called for it. :D
However, if they do not bring Dan from hell into heaven next season, I will be mad. The show's interpretation of "guilt brings you there" is so f*cked up and Detective Douche deserved better. But I am pretty sure this will be an issue of next season. :D
