The Tool Tooltip Tool 1.7.10, 1.8.9, 1.9 & 1.10.2 Forge Mod Overview (Tool Stats)
A mod that displays durability, enchantability, harvest speed on picks, axes, shovels, paxels, hoes, swords, bows and modded. Didn't think to try shears, flint n steel or so as they would have been similar to the bow and hoe stats, that show durability and enchantability.
