TRICK #1 - Fix the damned Terminals!
Getting stuck in a game terminal is a painful experience. Especially if you don't quicksave.
STEPS ###
Open: My Documents/My Games/Fallout 4
Back up Fallout4Prefs.ini
Open the ini file in your text editor
Find: "iPresentInterval=1"
Change it to: "iPresentInterval=0"
Save, Play!
