Il Dott. Simone Ugo Urso esegue il trattamento di fotobiostimolazione con siero di acido ialuronico con il LASEmaR® 800.
La fotobiomodulazione consente di trattare gli iniziali segni dell’età tramite l’applicazione del laser infrarosso che serve a stimolare l’attività dei radicali liberi e dell’ossigeno presente nelle cellule, riducendo il processo di invecchiamento e apoptosi (morte cellulare).
Nelle fasi iniziali, biomodulando l'attività dei ROS - Reactive Oxygen Species • sui citocromi mitocondriali a basse energie, si determina una riduzione dell'apoptosi e l'incremento di:
• proliferazione fibroblastica - collagene tipo I per incremento delle TIM inibenti le Metalloproteasi;
• sintesi di acido ialuronico;
• cellule endoteliali.
I ROS - Specie Reattive dell' Ossigeno H²O²-¹O²- agiscono rapidissimamente in pochi millisecondi:
• a dosi basse ossidano le molecole invecchiate ed i batteri,
• a dosi alte sono tossici (apoptosi) per le cellule viventi (terapia Fotodinamica).

Photobiomodulation allows to treat the initial aging signs through the application of the infrared laser which serves to stimulate the activity of free radicals and oxygen present in the cells, reducing the process of aging and apoptosis (cell death).
In the initial phases, by biomodulating the ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) activity on mitochondrial cytochromes at low energy, a reduction in apoptosis leads to an increase in:
• fibroblast proliferation - type I collagen for increasing TIMs inhibiting metalloproteases;
• hyaluronic acid synthesis;
• endothelial cells.
The ROSs (Reactive Oxygen Species H²O²-²O²) react very quickly in a few milliseconds:
-at low doses they oxidise aged molecules and bacteria,
at high doses they are toxic (apoptosis) for living cells (photodynamic therapy)
The Eufoton® instruments indicated for this type of treatment are:
• LASEmaR® 500 combined with Lightscan™ - a fractional selective photothermolysis scanner, removes pigmentations and microectasias with significant improvements in the epidermal tissue.
• LASEmaR® 800 allows both procedures: photobiomodulation and skin remodelling with skin regeneration in the different stages of photochrome ageing.
• LASEmaR® 1500 combined with Lightscan™ fractional technology is particularly indicated for deep wrinkles, scars, pigmented and senile lesions, acne scars, firming, shrinking of pores.
