Project workflow
•We create a Network, it consists of N- vehicle Nodes with OBU based on WAVE module and 3-RSU nodes and also specify the WSA count and RCPI values.
•Perform the WSA messages transmission between the RSU and vehicle nodes.
•Next, calculate the Received Channel Power Indicator (RCPI) value and WSA reception count information.
•Next, based on the calculation perform the handoff process.
•Finally, The performance of this research is evaluated by the following metrics,
1. Packet Error Rate(%)
2. Delay(ms)
3. Throughput(Mbps)
