EAST 8 HOLD UP - Vodka Cocktail
The East 8 Hold Up was created by London's Milk & Honey bartender, Kevin Armstrong back in 2010. The name comes from the London area (E8) where muggings were common.

INGREDIENTS
45ml Vodka (1.5 oz)
15ml Aperol (0.5 oz)
22.5ml Pineapple Juice (0.75 oz)
15ml Fresh Lime Juice (0.5 oz)
15ml Simple Syrup (0.5 oz)
5ml Passionfruit Syrup (0.2 oz)
METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
4. Garnish with half a passionfruit and a mint sprig
