ESP32 | Scan the I2C bus for device addresses | ESP-IDF and VSCode | FULL PROJECT
This video presents a full project that scans the I2C bus and acquires the addresses of the I2C devices on the bus.
It describes in the detail how the project is created and shows the development of all of the code required to get the project working.
This project uses the new i2c_master wrapper of the low level I2C functions. i2c_master is available in ESP-IDF v5.1 and after.
