Sending a Log File to Support (Updated)
If you’re experiencing shift quality or driveability issues while using our US Shift Quick 4, Quick 6, or Quick 2 controller, the best way to determine the cause is to email a recorded data log file to our support team. This video will walk you through the simple steps to create a log file and send it in.
This feature is only available in version 5 or newer of Shiftware and can be downloaded from our website.

You can also begin data logging by pressing F5 to start and ESC to stop, which would be easier to use when in the car.
